Buff

I hope you are in a better place now. I hope you have no regrets. I hope you had fun on the way down.
Our community is less without you in it. You played such a huge part, no one can fill your role. The world is deprived of your creative productions: your writing, your musicals; your passion for sports. Hundreds of athletes and performers were taught by you, insprired by you. We are at a loss without you. But we will remember your values, your motives, your mission. You made such a difference, to so many people. You will be remembered kindly, with love, always.
Rest in Peace Buff.

Nostalgia

I was awash in nostalgia today. Something about my musical selections perhaps. I was in the the warm embrace of Brigadoon. Something about the dust in the sunlight streaming through the bus. I was at home in Buntzen, looking out the front windows at the weather falling. Something about the events of the weekend: a memorial service, old faces and memories. I was reliving my past.
